Honasa Consumer Appoints Lokesh Chhaparwal As SVP - Technology & Engineering

Chhaparwal to spearhead technological innovation and data-driven strategies for the beauty and personal care leader

Honasa Consumer has named Lokesh Chhaparwal as Senior Vice President - Technology & Engineering.

This strategic move highlights Honasa’s emphasis on leveraging technology to revolutionise the beauty and personal care (BPC) sector through innovation and enhanced customer experiences.

In his new role, Chhaparwal will drive Honasa's technological strategy, focusing on integrating advanced digital solutions to support the brand’s rapidly expanding consumer base.

He will oversee diverse tech domains, including digital platform enhancement, supply chain optimisation via SAP systems, and advanced marketing technologies for personalised consumer engagement. Additionally, he will ensure robust internal security measures and operational efficiency across the organisation.

Chhaparwal brings over 13 years of experience in product engineering, data strategy, and innovation. Before joining Honasa, he served as AVP, Head of Engineering at Snapdeal, where he was instrumental in developing scalable, data-driven solutions. Based out of Honasa’s Gurgaon office, Chhaparwal’s expertise will support the company’s mission to integrate cutting-edge technology into every aspect of product development, delivering personalised and innovative beauty solutions.

The appointment follows other leadership advancements within Honasa, including the elevation of Vipul Maheshwari to head Product and Data Analytics and Meetu Mulchandani to head Brand Factory, reflecting the company's commitment to strengthening its talent and innovation capabilities.
