One Health Assist appoints Divya Dixit as chief growth officer

One Health Assist has appointed business strategy veteran, Divya Dixit, as its chief growth officer (CGO). In this pivotal role, Dixit will be responsible for spearheading the organisation’s innovative growth initiatives, and driving revenue generation through strategic partnerships and multi-channel marketing efforts, both in domestic and international markets.

With over 25+ years of diverse experience in growth marketing, digital transformation, and business expansion, Dixit has previously worked with leading organisations such as Alt Balaji, Zee5, Saregama, Tata Docomo, Star TV, UTV, Sony Entertainment, and Barista Coffee. 

As the CGO, Dixit’s mandate focuses on driving business-to-consumer revenue for the brand and strategic business collaborations as well as focus on wellness and ecommerce divisions. Her role will encompass creating and executing growth-driven strategies that expand the company’s footprint in India as well as International Markets, ensuring the brand's continued upward trajectory.

L'Oréal Professionnel's general manager - marketing Aditi Anand steps down

Aditi Anand, who led L'Oréal Professionnel as general manager - marketing, is moving on from the company.

She states, "Earlier this week, I took my final flight to Mumbai. Over the last two years, I have taken more than 200 weekly flights between Delhi and Mumbai, flying out of Delhi every Sunday and returning on Thursday. Friends, family, and well-wishers have often asked me how I did this week-on-week for two straight years. How have I not burnt out? Why am I not angry or, worse, sick? “It’s all in the mind”," has been my standard response.

She further adds, "As I start my final countdown, I intend to spend the next few weeks practising JOMO, unwinding, and preparing to step into a brand-new life."

Anand began her career at Bharti Airtel and went on to work across Flipkart, Micromax Informatics, HMD Global and The Coca-Cola Company.

As the head - creative strategy for Coca-Cola, India and South West Asia, Anand led creative strategy for Coke in India and Southwest Asia. In this role, I was responsible for translating the brand and business strategy into a consumer strategy and communicating the same through rich, immersive platform ideas.

 

Tata Consumer Products appoints Partha Biswas as President – RTD

Partha Biswas, who led Viacom18 as EVP and bead of Business – hindi general entertainment channels, has joined Tata Consumer Products as president - RTD business.

Before Viacom 18, he worked for over 17 years in the FMCG and Telecom sectors, namely with ACT Fibernet and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB). During his role at HCCB, he led trade marketing and category development collaborating across nine brand teams and 13 operating units.

Biswas has worked extensively across key RTD markets, including as the head of operations for Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. Additionally, he developed and executed commercial and channel strategy as well as managed system investment on brands and packs. He also led the restructuring of distribution channels and innovated Pre-Sell & Tele-Sell models for Coca-Cola in India.

Biswas completed his MBA from FMS, Delhi in Marketing and Operations in 2004. He also completed the Sloan Fellow Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2022.
