As Amazon India prepares to unveil its biggest sales event of the year, the company is not just facilitating transactions but creating an ecosystem that celebrates India's festive spirit while driving economic growth. This year's festival celebrates India's diverse culture, offering customers a new shopping experience with various deals, entertainment and product launches.

Amazon will unveil over 25,000 new products across various categories, featuring offerings from brands such as Samsung, OnePlus, Sony PlayStation and many others.

To support India's small businesses, the company has curated a special selection with up to 70 per cent off, encouraging customers to shop from local sellers.

Commitment To Customer Trust
Saurabh Srivastava, Vice President of Category Leadership at Amazon India, emphasises the festival's significance stating, "For the last eleven years, we have been an integral part of Amazon's festive celebrations, and the unwavering trust of our customers has been the heart and soul of our journey in India. The unparalleled commitment of the sellers has been our backbone."

This year's festival is not just about shopping, it's a testament to Amazon's logistical prowess and customer-centric approach. The company has expanded its delivery network with fulfillment centres in 15 states and over 2,000 delivery stations nationwide. Prime members can expect doubled same-day deliveries compared to last year, ensuring that festive purchases reach customers swiftly and efficiently.

Consumer Electronics on the Rise
In the realm of consumer electronics, Amazon is capitalising on the growing trend of device upgrades. Ranjit Babu, Director of Consumer Electronics shares new offers. "This year, for Diwali, beyond the big deals, we're going to make it easy and worry-free for customers to make that purchase decision", he adds.

The company is leveraging financial tools such as low-cost EMIs, instant bank discounts and the Amazon Pay Later service to facilitate these upgrades. Additionally, Amazon is introducing innovative services like phone setup in over 300 cities, addressing the post-purchase needs of customers and potentially driving higher satisfaction rates.
