A young leader and a true entrepreneur, Abhinna Suresh Khare, the chief digital and marketing officer and head of strategy at Bajaj Capital, roped in YouTube, Apple Podcasts and Spotify to bring the company’s events to an international level by organising phygital talks with the financial master Morgan Housel. Khare developed the Super RM App and brought the company’s customer relationship management to the app that can access lead distribution, appointments and much more with a click of a button.

Early on in his career, Khare was leading the digital products division as the company’s chief digital officer. He has been instrumental in taking several new initiatives like building the new mutual funds platform, enabling Super RM App and delivering a comprehensive investment report - EDGE. Khare is the youngest member of Bajaj Capital’s C-suite. 

Under his leadership and decision-making ability, Bajaj Capital’s profit increased by 300 per cent in FY 21-22 compared to FY20-21. His efforts helped the company to improve business relations with the leadership of leading asset management and insurance companies in India through FINtastic Talks with Sanjiv Bajaj.

Khare made it possible to build a culture of transparency and the focus was on deliverables. He launched the fully integrated retirement planning tool, which helped in driving the organisation from financial well-being to total well-being. He implemented the digital-first approach for Bajaj Capital and has been instrumental in a three times increase in profitability - the highest-ever growth for the organisation.
