Buzzworks India & Innovation Group UAE Onboards Satish Rajan As Group CMO

Buzzworks India and Innovation Group UAE named Satish Rajan as their Chief Marketing Officer. This strategic appointment aims to accelerate the company's ongoing expansion in India's dynamic human resources sector and bolster its global presence. 

Prior to joining Buzzworks, Rajan held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Teamlease and played crucial roles in organisations including Aryaka Networks, Columbus A/S, Kronos, SAP, and Magnasoft.  Bringing with him a wealth of experience from a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Rajan's extensive background and profound industry insights make him a valuable strategic asset for steering growth and success in his new capacity.

In his role as Group Chief Marketing Officer, Rajan will lead both national and global marketing strategies, injecting fresh potential and innovation into the brand's initiatives. He will be responsible for enhancing the business impact of marketing by fortifying the B2B (business), B2C (customers), and B2E (employees) brand image. He will guide Buzzworks in broader amplification and demand generation efforts, leveraging an optimal mix of online and offline channels. Additionally, he aims to establish an efficient marketing engine, incorporating the right people, processes, and tools to ensure strategic depth, operational efficiency, and swift execution.
